Experience the living practice of IoPT

These open online evenings offer a practical introduction to IoPT for counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, coaches, bodyworkers and other helping professionals.

We begin with a short introduction to an applied theme from Professor Franz Ruppert’s theory. You will then witness the Intention Method through a self-encounter and resonance process—an opportunity to experience the power of resonance and the truths that can emerge through the intention holder’s own intention.

You are welcome to take part in resonance if chosen, ask questions, or simply observe. No previous experience of IoPT is needed.

It may speak to you if you notice:

  • Rescuing or over-giving
  • Approval-seeking or difficulty with boundaries
  • Conflict avoidance
  • Feeling responsible for other people
  • Losing connection with yourself while helping

Come and sample IoPT in a practical, experiential way—and see whether this approach speaks to you and your professional work.

Why this training?

Professional knowledge does not place us outside our own history. Familiar roles—rescuing, over-giving, approval-seeking, conflict avoidance or over-responsibility—may still enter our work and relationships.

This course creates a small, carefully held space to explore what belongs to you, what may have developed in relationship and what your healthy self wants now.

How the space is held

  • Choice and autonomy throughout
  • Invitation rather than pressure
  • No diagnosing or interpreting another person
  • Clear confidentiality agreements
  • Time for reflection and integration
  • Respect for each person’s pace and boundaries
